Unlike most V-Flats of the past, our V-Flats fold to a portable size for easy transport (40” x 40” x 2”) and can even fit in compact cars—We know, we’ve tried. Weighing in at 7 lbs, every purchase includes a poly-cotton carry tote for even greater portability and protection. Opened to full capacity, the V-Flat measures 80” x 80” with a 0.5” depth. Because of its size, you won’t run into any indoor issues with low ceilings.
White on one side, black on the other, this isn’t just a sheet of half inch foam core. It’s a multi-purpose tool that reflects, subtracts, and blocks light. It’s also a highly effective tool for flagging light while blowing out white backdrops. When it’s not working as a light modifier, it switches gears to become a set element, acting as a backdrop, a portable privacy room, and a muscle-powered wind machine.
